You can determine the frequency and type of alarm yourself. There are 12 different, individually adjustable alarm times available as well as 3 different alarm signals, namely vibrator, siren and a combination of both.
Battery life:

The manufacturer guarantees a battery life of at least 6 months under normal use. Depending on the number of alarms set and the use of the light, this may vary.

Reset/Reset:

Sometimes it is necessary to reset the clock. For example, if the display does not show any information.

Press all 4 buttons simultaneously for one second. The display lights up automatically and you can enter the settings again.
